Anne McVeigh Morin, MBA

Founder

Anne founded ProjectForward in 2013 after a 15 years career path that afforded her the opportunity to learn and develop a wide variety of tactical skills (Marketing & Communications, Research & Analysis, Budget Management, Project Management, Business Development) while drawing from strong leadership mentors who helped her cultivate a deep understanding and appreciation for the importance of people leadership, relationship management, and how to listen intently for deeper meaning and root cause.

Over time, she learned that her unique blend of tactical, analytical, leadership and human relationship skills - along with her ability and willingness to jump into any “mess” and help to not only clean it up, but also leave it a better place - was something many organizations needed.

With ProjectForward she has had the pleasure of working with many organizations in a wide variety of capacities, such as:

  • Helping a public health obesity prevention program strategically optimize their program through technology and facilitating shared agreements about their work internally and with external partners;

  • Working with a home healthcare and hospice organization to optimize their inter-departmental workflows after a necessary Electronic Medical Record system switch and roll out during Covid lockdown.

  • Orchestrating the move of a healthcare organization’s data center over a weekend (after 6 months of planning) - taking the organization completely down, disassembling it, transporting it and successfully reassembling it, without a break in business services;

As a graduate of the Maine Development Foundation’s Leadership Maine program (Tau class), Anne had the unique experience of connecting and working with other Maine business leaders and seeing firsthand the socio-economic challenges (and opportunities) facing the state.

In early 2019, as part of a personal commitment to better understanding systemic racism in its institutional and structural forms, and how to take action in her own life and work, Anne participated in a two-day intensive with the Racial Equity Institute. That programming combined with reading and listening to thought leaders has been foundational in her journey to be a better ally and advocate in life and in work.

Kelly Seiler, CHC

Project Management, Execution and Compliance

Kelly is a professional problem solver and have been organizing, building and improving on processes, and bringing strategy to life for more than 20 years.

She spent her early career on what may seem like opposite ends of the spectrum – as an enlisted member of the United States Marine Corps working in law enforcement, then as a Licensed Social Worker supporting vulnerable Maine families experiencing poverty, homelessness, and first-time parenthood.

Each career phase required tenacity, drive, a predisposition to run into the fray and also taught her the importance of meeting people where they are - creating an environment that allows people to thrive.

In the past decade her work has touched all aspects of health care, from care delivery to health insurance to organizations focused on health care cost and quality improvement. Most recently, she supported one of the very few 5-star rated Medicare Advantage health plans in maintaining regulatory compliance, successfully navigating government audits, redesigning processes and programs, and building a successful team. She has been certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) since 2014.

Whether it’s operations, compliance, or customer experience, she has the breadth and depth of experience to take clients from ideas to actions.
